Account Locked - NO PHONE CALL ACCESS/DISABLED

I need Ebay to unlock my account and stop being silly. I've had to change my password everytime I try to sign in because they are paranoid even though they are basically ignoring my password because they want to send me a text message code in order to sign in. That should be enough. The only thing I can think of is that they are sooking because it's a new IP everytime because I'm using Starlink. Having the only option as phone call is stupid and I don't see why that is necessary in order to unlock an account, which shouldn't be locked in the first place. And for me specifically I cannot do phone calls being off grid and no phone range for one but the other is I am disabled with a cyst in my spinal cord and talking/conversations are difficult and sometimes near impossible. Password with text code should be enough security for an account. And the fact that in the past couple months I have not been able to access my account even with password because it's not allowed unless a text code is also provided. I really can't see a point in having a password at all, if it's pointless.

I NEED TO CONTACT A SELLER ABOUT A PURCHASE HE IS SENDING TOMORROW MORNING. I NEED THIS SORTED NOW. This is a stupid problem to have.

Change your  starlink settings, or contact starlink support for assistance,  the problem does not lie with ebay.

On dialup networks, you used to be able to cause this by adding a keystroke to the dialup network, the benefit of this was to gain the best possible service connection, but it also meant when you signed into any specific site, your new IPN was not recognized

It does lie with ebay as they have locked my account. I do not have this problem on any other website. Further, having the only option as a phone call is not helpful for accessibility/or those without mobile network coverage. If different IPs are logging in and emails saying this IP has logged in and/or they have used the texted mobile code then accounts shouldn't be locked. And if accounts are locked, there should be more ways to unlock it than waiting for a phone call that you can't receive because you don't have range and if you could receive it you couldn't talk to the person anyway because you're disabled.

Many members here are disabled, it is no reason to get uppity simply because the member who replied to you was not able to solve your issue

And eBay very rarely read the member to member forum, no matter how much people yell

I don't understand why you cannot contact the seller  through this account?
