I have purchased several plants from several different sellers in China. I recently received 2 deliveries from these suppliers but one of them claims to have mailed a plant that I have not received, even though he has been advised it was delivered. He has requested I send him a photo of the box/parcel and of the plant.
How do I attach photos to my ebay response to him ??

Since when was it legal to import plants into Australia?

I am hoping (ha ha) the OP will come back and confirm they have the relevant permit (ha ha).
Otherwise they are endangering Australia's biodiversity.
But the plants were cheap, which overrides any environmental consequences.
Maybe the empty, or not received, box was confiscated by Customs.
The OP did state they didn't receive the item and is asking how to attach pictures of the non-received item to a message.
I suspect a windup.

Report your imports to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry - or to the Australian Border Force, if you have any consideration for the safety of Australiaโs biodiversity, agriculture, flora and fauna.
I am serious. If you do not report this yourself, I will take every step to report this, and I will be giving your username so that the ABF can contact eBay to request your details. eBay must comply with such a request (and they will).
Do not plant whatever plants youโve received. Plants and seeds need to be destroyed but you should first contact DAFF or ABF because you donโt have the knowledge of how to deal with this safely and effectively. You could already have brought pests into Australia.
This is not a joke. Iโm genuinely outraged - but if you report this yourself, Iโm certain that you will avoid the worst outcomes. In spite of how enraged such illegal importation makes me, I would rather see you learn from this and not be fined and imprisoned.
Re the issue of attaching photo, donโt bother. Open an immediate refund request under eBayโs Money Back Guarantee, and escalate after 3 business days if seller doesnโt refund.

OP admits they bought from a Chinese seller.
As the Countess has stated the OP is in for a world of hurt.
Probably shouldn't have brought the world's attention to themself.

Apparently ABF only operates during business hours.
Who'd have thunk?
