I'm getting emails for same item number but destined for different usernames are which are not my own
The email mentions about safety concerns with product "Dove soap" Subject: There are safety concerns with a product you bought" i used actually bought ages ago, but the username is the (11) emails in my inbox are not my eBay username, there all different. So my thinking the automated sending has gone wrong, and they were meant for these users, and not me..
Since the automated eBay emails are not monitored, how can i get this fixed?

send them to spoof@ebay.com

Was going to ask if they are really from 'eBay'
Or a scammer pretending to be eBay?
Either way, do as twyngwyn has suggested

I got a message yesterday that my Coles points were due to expire.
I don't shop at Coles.
Coles don't have points, they have flybuys.
Should I try to rip Coles a new one?
Or delete as an obvious scam?

Have you reported it?

Yes. i've reported it... Was expecting to hear back but nothing..
I don't think eBay relies to these, not even automated response like "Thanks for reporting" or such
Absolutely nothing. so i'll just assume case closed

I am not sure there is ever an actual reply from a human to such things

I got one once. After an email chat reporting a suspicious listing, the guy sent an email to say the listing had been deleted and thanks for letting ebay know about it.
I hadn't bothered to report the listing via the reporting link in the listing, knowing there was no option for explaining my theory. Just went for getting a chat started (I think I used the problem with account excuse) and once I had the attention of an agent, spouted my theories as to what dark deeds the seller in question could be attempting.

I'm not sure about actual emails from eBay, that are reported to the spoof@ address though
