Buyer is blocked from bidding even though I didn't block them. They have 100% positive feedback, so why can't they bid on my item?

Do you have blocks in place to stop certain buyers from purchasing from you?

Example do you have the blocks to stop non payers with a certain amount of strikes from bidding/buying from you?

Add the buyer to your exemption list then they should be able to bid.

If they are a buyer only then they will always have 100% feedback as buyers can not receive negative feedback.

Try checking your buyer requirement activity log. It won't always show the buyer's name, but you should be able to tell by the feedback number.
