Can not click onto listings

I can not click onto any existing listings or any listings, it says "no healthy upstream"  so I can't bid or buy what the **bleep** is going on here ebay?

I've cleared everything rebooted and nothing.

Anyone else having this issue?

At least this is getting all of use communicating so 5 stars for that and whoever gets the most kudos today gets to kick ebays ass for stuffing peoples lives up and I'm still waiting for my compensation for loss of sales when this happened end of Oct lol.
