Can not click onto listings

I can not click onto any existing listings or any listings, it says "no healthy upstream"  so I can't bid or buy what the **bleep** is going on here ebay?

I've cleared everything rebooted and nothing.

Anyone else having this issue?

Same...everything working fine and then BAM. Clicked on a item and got the message, no healthy upsteam in the top right hand corner in like old type writer style. Looked suspect. How do you fix this? Anyone had any luck.
