Hi Everyone 🙂
My brother has 2 ebay accounts, 1 was created many years ago on the ebay.com (American site) and he has recently created a new account on ebay.com.au (Australian site).
For a couple of weeks he was able to Buy & Sell items but for the last 2 months he has had trouble buying items and can't Sell anything on the Australian Site; it comes up that they have blocked him from selling anything.
He is using a 2 seperate email addresses but the same Name, Address and PayPal Account on both accounts.
Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have relayed all the info that you have given me to my brother, fingers crossed he gets in contact with them and can get it all sorted out. I will let you know how it goes.
