Can’t get onto Paypal or use credit card to pay

I have an item in cart won’t let me pay via cc or Paypal keeps on saying that option is not available

Yes, I think many sellers in Germany realised they were losing business by not offering PayPal.

OP might have struck a seller that doesn't offer it.

But German sellers do not have to offer/accept paypal.  When a seller does not offer it the first thing to determine is if they are located in Germany.

It is not a case of losing business....paypal is not allowed by their banking system.
