Cannot change address, as field "Country" is inactive

Hi, 

I moved from Alaska USA to Melbourne Australia. I need to change the address, but the field Country (USA) is inactive, so I cannot change it.

Are you signed into eBay.com or eBay.com.au when you try to change it?

You might need to contact eBay for this

Many people who have managed to change their address details from USA to Oz still show as registered in USA after the change and eBay have had to do something from their end
