Constantly getting Late Shipment Defects - MAJOR GLITCH

For the past half a year now I have been constantly needing to cal eBay customer support to remove my late shipment defects. All my items get sent within 1 business day from purchase and have a tracking number provided with them proving when it was sent.

 

However even though when I send a batch of 30 or so items, still 3 or 4 of them will be tagged as late shipment so I always need to call customer support so they can get rid of them(getting too many effects my top seller level), this has been like a part time job but nobody I speak with on the phone can offer any resolution to my issue and it's clearly a glaring problem with the system so can anyone from the technical team take note of this issue and deal with it, or can anyone else here confirm that it is also happening to you? It is taking up so much of my time that I desperately need.

If an item sells at 9am on Friday, then the post by date is going to be a few days later due to the weekend.

 

I have a 5 day handling time, but still post same or next day. The results of that are, buyers are over the moon when their item arrived before the first estimated date. I've never had a postage defect.

 

I would be changing your handling time. You don't have a premium badge, so you don't stand to lose anything. I looked at a few of your items and they said delivery guaranteed by Oct 19. Fat chance of that happening! Only way that would happen is if it was sent express (which wasn't an option under the postage tab).

I have a 2 day handling time.....and go to the P.O. every day + use the red boxes.....my customers are over the moon that everything arrives early
