I have been in touch with the on-line help about five times to reset the incorrect verification phone number  held by eBay, with no help provided.

I have also attempted on numerous occasions to get help via  the telephone, being cut off every time.

 

eBay is debiting my account for eBay-Plus despite me not being able to log on. This is fraudulent.

 

If they cannot help me they must stop debiting my account and refund me for eBay-Plus.

 

I have opened another account, which I did not want to do as my past transactions are no longer available for reference.

 

I intend to lodge a complaint with ASIC and the Office of Fair Trading if I my problems are not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
