Hi Ebay. What's going on? I waited TWICE tonight for the timer to run down on the chat only to never have anyone bother to pick up. One's still running in the background about an hour after it said "less than 1 min" so obviously no one is coming. I tried again but it says I'm too late to open a chat. There is no other way available (email or phone) to contact your company. What are we supposed to do when you are deliberately making it impossible to contact you?
