what is going on everything i click on is in the U.S.A. or CANADA why can't i listings from AUST.

I want to know who change the search settings all I can get is items from the U.S.A. or CANADA and can't change item locations. someone tell me what the bloody hell is going on.

I keep getting signed out when I go to 'All Categories' and select from the drop down box.
