Has anyone else stopped receiving emails from eBay since the latest changes? I contacted my ISP who advised the following. eBay - I hope you read this, because It's impossible to email you!!!
The rejection might be due to SPF = Sender Policy Frameworks.
iiNet is aware of a SPF error from the senders end which is causing emails not to
be sent. The error in question is #5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited,
which refers to the sender and they would need to follow this up with their
domain/email hosting provider.
The senders email came from an IP address that is not listed in their SPF record
or the SPF record they are providing has errors and is failing.
