I have been sending photos to prove that the item sent was not correct. To prove my point, I have attached pictures but the seller is unable to see the content. I have sent it via laptop and iPhone but on both occasions, they could not see it.

It *could* be a technical issue, as you have posted
It *could* be the seller is trying to mess you around until it is too late to open a dispute with eBay
What is the seller's feedback like? does it show a habit of them sending wrong or damaged items?

A photo proves nothing anyway - you could take a photo of anything.
Seller is messing with you IMO. Particularly if they are a Chinese seller (click on their feedback to see where they are registered) They're stalling til you run out of time to open a case.
Stop messaging and open a case for Item not as described to get a full refund.
That way they have to deal with it. If they want it back, they have to pay for postage.
Don't let the case time out. As soon as it lets you, ask ebay to step in.
