Ebay keeps on requesting to update my account

Ebay keeps on requesting for me to update my account details. I have uploaded my driver licence details three times now, and it keeps on asking, without more details...

The "more details" it wants will be for Managed Payments which includes verification of your bank account AND personal identification and verification.

Edit. If you don't provide eBay the details it wants, you will NEVER get paid for your sold items.

You already have items listed for sale

*And have sold the same item twice

If you are not yet successfully updated and verified to sell, how do you expect to be paid?

Does your photo meet eBay requirements?

Does the name on your license exactly match the name your eBay account is in, and your bank account name?

Have you provided the required banking information and is it an accepted account type?

Have you asked eBay exactly what it is they are not accepting?
