All your listings show postage for me so I don't see what the problem is, unless you are searching through Google and not through eBay.

??
All your listings have a postage price quoted.

eBay advertising on google is showing my product as free delivery when it's not... still waiting more than 2 months for them to remove them after speaking to them for more than 5 hours on the phone..
Can I seek advice on this as this is false advertising eBay is doing and this is harming our eBay sales.... POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE EBAY....

Did you read the replies on your original thread about this?
Happens often when people search cached pages on Google
Very very very few buyers (with any sense anyway) are going to Google something, go to the actual site the thing is on and then ignore what the actual site says in favour of what they found on Google
And of those who do, most would do it only to be underhanded anyway
Your listing on the actual eBay site all still clearly show the postage cost
No honest buyer could claim to 'not know'
How is it harming your sales? (I'm not making the connection, sorry)

Most comments on here don't seem to get it. It make it look like the busines is "Click Baiting" with Free delivery to get people to thier eBay store. It makes the seller look like they are trying do decieve customer, when it is totally out of thier control. As of 2023 eBay still hasn't fixed the issue.

According to sandy, the issue is with Google.
How do you propose eBay fix it?
And, as an experienced eBay member, why are you bumping this thread just so that eBay can ignore it. Sorry not ignore, they don't even know it exists. eBay DO NOT read or respond to board posts.
If it's happening to you, maybe take it up with Google. Or eBay. Nobody here can do anything.

Yep, the OP's other , (now 'lost') issue was free postage showing when looking for their listings through cached pages via Google
You know, like a normal buyer would do
Not
A tad different to the issue of free postage showing when using the app
But I have no idea what eBay are suppose to do about cached pages in a search engine.... they must have the power to control that
Surely
Mmmm hmmmm
