Emails bouncing with "not from registerd email address". I have checked and my email address was correct as registered.

Who are you trying to email?

Have you 100% double checked there are no typos?

Is the address  pre-filled or are you typing it in?

Are you using a VPN?

You could contact eBay but they are likely to give you the copy and past 'we'll look into it' generic response

Not much to go on for other members to try to advise though

Might have something to do with ebays use of alias email address, which means all messages between members must be routed through ebay
