Finder ebay buyer contact details

Hi ,

Does anyone know how I can find contact details for an ebay member.

Buyer has paid me for an item pre covid lockdown and was not able to collect the items

 now I have been told that  as the transaction was greater than 90days ago I can no longer send message/ contact the person.

Any suggestions???

If the seller had included their mobile number it would be on the invoice / packing slip you printed out at the time

My head said buyer, my keyboard typed seller.  Oops, must have started to early this morning.

For the OP, I have a few things waiting lockdown lifting,  I always print an invoice which 80% of the time has a contact number, if it doesn't I make sure I PM the buyer to get one, also makes it easier to arrange the pickup.
