Is it addressed to you? Is it your address ? There have been reports of people getting small items that they did not buy, like toothbrushes and other cheap items. It is some sort of a scam. If it is addressed to you, you may get a bill later expecting you to pay for it. You are not obliged to do so, but must keep the items for three months, in which time the sender can collect them, after that they are yours to keep. If not addressed to you, But sent by Australia Post, Mark the parcel "return to sender. not known at this address" and post it back. Do not pay for this, just drop it in a post box. If sent by carrier, get in touch with them to return it.
I would not waste my time trying to chase the Sender up, but do the above.
