I have an eBay store and all items ending today for renewal are not renewing. Tried the chat and tbh they were very poor, just stating that it was being escalated and no timeline was given as to when this would be resolved. No one with any technical knowledge was able to chat. Just got a basic CS rep operator who then transferred me to trust and safety when it is a technical problem. Very frustrating
