Having a problem with "stay signed in"... anyone else?

Every time I leave the site and come back I have to sign in again and then navigate to the board that I want.  The "stay signed in" box is checked... as always.  It's getting annoying...

I have been having this problem for a while, not just on ebay though. I assumed it was a technical error with DuckDuckGo, it has improved lately, thank goodness.

Tinker tinker tinker tinker BOOM!

The tech dept have tinkered to such good effect that, not only is one knocked out of being signed in within minutes, but also the pop-up notice appearing when one’s asked to enter password, about the site using cookies etc., is in German.

To which I can only say… „So ein chaotischer Wahnsinn!“
