How to get in touch with eBay

You can contact eBay Customer Service in the following ways:

• Select Contact us at the bottom of this page

There is no "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page. I have looked everywhere.

Doe eBay even have technical support? Or are they so cheap they have to rely on other members to do it for them?

Every time I try to list an item something goes wrong and I don't know the reason why. This is very frustrating.

Because in the past (before the COVID-19 lockdown) when I used that service the CS reps were in the Phillipines.

Yes, ebay has a call centre but it has been closed since early this year due to the coronavirus lockdowns.
I don't remember what the number was before the lockdown but it was a 1800 Australian freecall number that took you to the USA if you were lucky or the Philippines if you were unlucky.  They do not advertise the number while it is unavailable.
How did I know the CS reps were in the Philippines?......they told me so when I asked.
