Hi all, is there a way to do this.? i was contacted from a interested buyer about an item that was discounted from $1700 to $540, the offer was sent automatically through eBay, not sure how such a discount come about. i checked my other items and i have 640 with offers sending automatically, not sure how this happened and can not change it in bulk, each item needs to be changed separately.

Select View Offer settings to manage your automation setting.
Here you'll be able to:

I am only seeing it one by one. When I select actions, it still only allows me to do it one by one. How did you go about figuring this out because I’m doing it From the web browser on my phone

Hi, here we go again, so i had a phone call from a rep and she walked me through how to fix the problem, a week or so later it started again so here i am back square one turning them off 1 by 1 every few days. I have gone through and redone what she told me to do but still automatically sending offers. This morning i sold an item and no payment i thought how can that happen, it happened because an auto offer was sent again.

can you fix it via U.S. site?

The CS rep is not going to see this post, let alone respond to it.
I'm confused however that you marked your own post as the "solution", yet you are now saying the problem isn't solved????
