How to stop ebay sending offers automatically, in bulk not 1 by 1

Hi all, is there a way to do this.? i was contacted from a interested buyer about an item that was discounted from $1700 to $540, the offer was sent automatically through eBay, not sure how such a discount come about. i checked my other items and i have 640 with offers sending automatically, not sure how this happened and can not change it in bulk, each item needs to be changed separately.

Hello . I cannot do this. How do I do 4? "Select View offer settings."  in bulk not 1 by 1.

When I select 200 pieces, if I press the button "Select View offer settings"   I can edit only one ad
