No,only the seller can send a feedback revision request so you need to ask your seller.

But you can only revise a neg or neut to a positive, not the other way around.

If you left it for the wrong seller then leave it until you receive the item and you may not need to ask for it to be changed.

You have not left any negative or neutral feedback so you cannot change anything.

However, you can leave a followup to any feedback already left but you need to be very sure of what you want to say because the seller still has the final right of reply.
