I've now uploaded my Passport page twice for verification purposes and nothing is happening. Meanwhile you're holding onto over $600 of my money.

I am 100% positive over 600 transactions and I'm being messed around like this. Not good enough & the selling fees are extortionate. I'll be going to Facebook next time I sell.

Please get this ID sorted out.

I'll buy but never sell again on here.

Selling fees have not changed and have been approx 13.4% for years.

Your feedback score is irrelevant.

Paypal have been removed and Adyen have replaced them. As a financial service provider, they legally have to verify you. It is within keeping with Australian rules and regulations and is no different to having been verified by Paypal.

Have you actually double checked that everything matches?

For example, is your registered Ebay name EXACTLY the same as what is in the passport, with no abbreviations and including any middle names? I had an issue because my name was shortened when I signed up 20 years ago and have never had a reason to correct it until Managed Payments came along.

I recommend to stop selling until you have this sorted out.

Why are you talking to me like I'm a bloody idiot? Yes I have ACTUALLY checked things - oh in fact nothing has changed. Use the word actually in the correct way instead of being condescending.

Nothing has changed on my passport.

Why doesn't Ebay give feedback as to the process and where I am in the process? Oh that would be good customer service wouldn't it?

I'm the same person I was when I signed up in Australia in 2006

Jelly was  ACTUALLY trying to help.

Don't think many will bother to help you now.

Ebay don't read here, just other members giving their time to help people

You were just as rude then?

That's a shame... most people improve as they mature.

Lies as well,

"I am 100% positive over 600 transactions and I'm being messed around like this."

One look at their feedback as a seller shows up that little lie................

Sorry I can't assist any further, but you'll still need to post within your handling time to avoid a defect on your account, regardless of the status of your verification.

The only alternative is to cancel the sale and then relist after you have managed to finalise verification as you will never receive any funds otherwise.

But I'm sure you already knew all that, right?

As has been said, you are not talking to eBay, just other members who have no control over eBay policies nor how they are implemented.

You calling another member trying to help you derogatory names reflects on you and your lack of understanding of how eBay works. It also shows that you are not worthy of board help, and the lack of intelligence is probably on your side of the equation.

Thanks Dave. Nice name. Being called a millennial is factual. You either are or arenโ€™t one so disregard as appropriate. 600 transactions is not just selling. I never stated that.

Where before has millennial been mentioned?

Where has your 600 transactions been stated as only for selling?

I'm sorry. As well as not being eBay, few of us own working crystal balls. Mine usually does, but it's in for its 1000 prediction service.
