When creating a new item to sell under the page https://www.ebay.com.au/sl/list/v2?draft_id=#######&mode=AddItem&productEnforcement=false, imperial units are used for postage.
Australians don't use Pounds and Inches, instead we use the metric standard of Grams and Millimeters or Kilograms and Centimeters for laymens terms. Attached is a screen shot of what I'm referring to.
The site uses metric units of measure on other pages just not in the AddItem page.
