Impressions Down, Sales Down

Is anyone else having issues with the Promoted Items not selling the last few days and with Impressions dropping by the 10s of thousands these last 3 days ?

I usually sell items on Promo about 50/50 - yesterday not 1 and only 1 today.  

Impressions and clicks have decreased dramatically and I cannot see why.

I don't use the promoted items but I am seeing the same thing.

Sales are way down and I am thinking it is because the economy is taking a huge nose dive. People are simply not buying at the moment, apart from essential items.

I am also hearing people don't have much left out of their pay once they have paid their rent/mortgage and food.  Add the expenses with children and petrol / public transport and there simply isn't much left.

Maybe someone a bit wiser may have some answers with the promoted items.

Yeah I understand the changes in the economy but it's not that - it's more a technical issue if Promoted/Sponsored items are not showing up properly and with no changes to my listings the impresiones drop from 60k+ to 3k in 3 days. Something is wrong with the platform.

Maybe another seller with similar items has started to promote their items and has selected a much higher percentage that they're willing to pay, so their items are being promoted instead of yours.
