Does ebay normalise the seller fees to what they were before?

Because ive had two really expensive items be refunded and now ive got all the % going to ebay which isnt right, when i refunded the item twice.

if you went through the dispute process, eBay would have refunded fees.

How did you do a refund?

yep just checked it, they give it back says minus to money above in activity log
