Listing restriction (on hold) due to outstanding fees, currently owe $0.00 in fees **bleep** eBay?

Hi everyone, has this happened to anyone?  Out of the blue yesterday I was put on a listing Hold, saying I owed fees.  I go to pay the outstanding fees, but it says I owe $0.00 in fees.

I called customer service and finally got through to an Australian team member who escalated the problem and had the Hold taken off.  When I woke up this morning and logged in the Hold was back.  It must be a glitch but I can't get back to the same person at Australian eBay CS to help fix the problem again.

Does anyone have contact numbers for the Australian eBay CS helpdesk?

It don't want to be a in a situation where I need to call them everyday to request the Hold be taken down just to list things.  I've been a member for 22 years and this is the first major glitch to cause an impact.

Perhaps log on through a different browser and see if that makes a difference and if there's anything that does show up as owing? If you're on the new system, the only fees you might owe are shop subscription and other sundries but those fees are automatically deducted separately either from your available funds in your payment account, or from your bank account.

There have been a few glitches this week - mainly in the seller payouts, which have been showing as "0" with some payouts not happening and others being sent regardless.

Wondering if this is an extension of the glitch or a new issue entirely which will affect others. Usually if that's the case, a few more threads will pop up soon enough.
