Listings edited and disappeared from search for 2+ weeks

We edited the description of a listing.

Since then the listing disappeared from eBay search result.

I can still see it via Promoted ad, but the organic result is gone.

Even I search exactly via its title, I can see only one result, which is the sponsored ad.

Contacted eBay, was told that it was an indexing issue and should take 24-36 hours.

Now it has been two weeks and still the same.

Now all I get from eBay is this case has been escalated and I will receive an answer.

However I cannot talk to their tech team, and I do not know a time frame.

It would be very much appreciated if anyone can pass on some ideas/suggestions, thank you!

I only see 280 items in your store. This happened to me last week after I put everything on sale. I only did 1 sale the next day, and that was to someone who had my item in their watchlist. Good luck with trying to get an answer from eBay. Their "service" is horrific. The worst part is that when you are forced to ring them again and again, they make you explain everything over again, despite having all that information right in front of them. An eBay staff member told me tthat when we ring, a transcript of every communication we've ever had with eBay comes up on their computer.
