I've been selling low-value personalised items on ebay for the last couple of months. The technical bugs I'm currently experiencing is making it virtually impossible to trade profitably.
1. Lost seller notes - I need custom details left as a note on every order. I am receiving 30-40% of orders coming through without a checkout note. I then have to follow it up with a message, or multiple. Nearly every time the customer tells me that they DID leave a note on checkout. I expect a few people will forget, but it's embarrassing to keep asking customers to send information they've already provided. It also delays despatch and costs a bunch of time.
2. When clicking on the item listing links in the "sold" order list it opens the listing with the wrong customer information at the top of the page
3. Selecting "contact buyer" from the drop down list next to the order in the SOLD list starts a new message to the wrong customer
Is anyone else having these problems? Any idea of how to fix it? I've tried chat support a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to go anywhere.
