Markdown Manager just won't apply to my listings

I've been trying to sort this for months. I am trying to apply a multi purchase discount however it just does not show on my listings. So many calls to Ebay with the promise of a team member getting back to me within 24 hours ( every call) but to date Ive never had a call back. Buyers can put items in thier cart and see discount but it just isnt showing on the listings (  encourage extra sales). Anyone had same issue or know the fix? Very Frustrated.

I use promotions manager.

Seems to work okay, as my listings all show the promo in searches. They don't show the discounted prices, but it shouldn't be too hard for a buyer to work out.

I thought Markdown Manager was discontinued by eBay quite a while ago.
