On the advanced listing tool there is no place to enter international postage. There is on the quick listing tool. How do I add "posts worldwide" to a listing created on the advanced listing tool? Thank you

In Ebay.au I Can't log out of my account. In the upper-right corner next to the name, the down arrow I had clicked earlier disappeared. Everything is restored if you clear all Cookies.In Ebay.com this error is not present, everything is normal there....

Is anyone else's Ebay Broken?
