Market Connect App Error

I've been tring to connect to an ebay agent for over 2 hours to fix an issue that apps team at market connect said I need to contact ebay for but it keeps saying agent connect error. Is there any

other way to contact ebat tech support.

This is the error I get

Thank you for your patience. I have tried republishing the product but still eBay is returning this error : Input data for tag <Item.ShippingPackageDetails.WeightMajor> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation

Kindly contact eBay seller support and provide them the error message above. Because when we check with our team, the data that they are asking for is already filled out.

Try again in office hours.

eBay don't man their support in the evenings.

Or manually upload your single listing, filling in the boxes yourself. It seems a bit of overkill to use an API.

The images on your completed  listings are taken from  sites such as Amazon, Temu, Alibaba  etc

which would indicate dropshipping.

You'll need to follow ALL the rules of dropshipping.

Your photos scream otherwise

You will lose buyers by using photos from rubbish sites like Temu rather than your own photos

I know I would hit the back button real fast if I saw those
