No costomer service! My account is on hold for un aurthorized acess. but it has only been me using it, trying to list an item for sale. I want my ccount back! I can't buy and can't sell anything and i have been a good costomer/ user on ebay for years. So why am I locked out of my account????
I have tried for 3days now to get it reenstated. Help boards are useless. nothing there helps. the contact emait dose not work, the 9866 phone is not usable, the 0800 dosen't work! No way to get help at all. WORST costomer service EVER! what is wrong with ebay management ,thinking this is an acceptable and inept way to treat costomers? Tipical of large business manopalies ay.
Hay Ebay, contact me so we can get this resolved. I'm sure i'm not the only one.

I want to get my account released. Put on hold due to unautherized access but it has only been me using my account. Changing pass word didn't help nor did anything stated on there help boards . I've tried to contact costomer help but there isn't any. email link dosn't exist phone numbers don't work 0800 dosn't work. Worst ever service!!! trying for 3days to contact ebay with out sucess. **bleep** off! Hay Ebay! CALL ME!
Fix the problem.

Have you completed all requirements to move over to managed payments?
These *are* the help boards and you first posted about this 20 minutes ago, just because another member did not respond right away does not make us useless
The email for eBay IS useless, it is an automated bot system
the call center has been closed for 18 months due to Covid

What requirements? tried everything on the help boards with no sucess. some options would not let me some didn,t work(changing pass word etc) and others where not relevant. help boards don't help. how about some usefull advice or just release my account. it should be obvious no one is hacking it, so release my account please.

Have you tried live chat from the Help page? It starts with some useless bots, but you can click on "Switch to Classic eBay Help" at the bottom of the chat window, then scroll down to Contact Us, select the best option for you, the classic chat window will open and you can click on "Talk to an Agent" (it starts with bots, but there is the option to talk to a human being and it works because I have used it recently).

The help boards are these boards, peopled with some very experienced members.
We are MEMBERS, not eBay and we can't unfreeze your account.
If you provide some details, somebody might be able to suggest some solutions.
If you think call centre staff in The Philippines, reading from a script, can help you, try Live Chat as has been suggested, the only avenue of contact available in these COVID times.
