Hi,
I recently brought an item and there is no purchase history on my Ebay account, nor the sellers side. Not sure what to do, as I have the evidence of proof of purchase with bank account and the sellers recent purchases. How do I contact and converse with a real person? TIA

The OP doesn’t make any sense.
To me, sounds like an off-eBay purchase via bank deposit.
Live chat won’t make a scrap of difference…… I doubt this is a secure purchase transaction.

Yes, either that or the OP bought the item as a guest. It would not be the first time that that happens. When not signed in to eBay and signed in to Gmail for example, I am also often invited to buy as a guest... Maybe there should be a way to make people understand that if they do have an eBay account, they should use it...

I was thinking that the OP's post could make more sense if they bought the item using a guest account. First they say that the seller does not have a record of their purchase (under their ID), then they say that what they bought is in the seller's recently sold items (because they bought the item using a guest account?).
Does this make more sense?
