Not receiving emails from Ebay. I have sold items and didn't know

Not receiving emails from Ebay. This has been happening for well over a week. I sold items and didn't know.  Luckily I actually went in to Ebay this morning to have a look and found I'd sold items. Anyone know what's going on with this glitch please?
