Not receiving the normal Ebay emails after ordering

The only emails I'm receivng are if the seller messages me.

I'm not getting any emails from ebay regarding my order.

If the seller doesn't message I get zero emails until the order ships

Have you told eBay?

How long has it been happening?

Have you checked your notification settings in your account?

Are you also checking your spam folder?

Do you not have tracking you can check if you are worried about where an item is?

Is it for every item, or only for the ones where the seller is in China ?
