I ordered a tablet (in Australia) from <Removed> on the 17th May. At check out I used my Amex, they told me to try another card. Thinking I may have made an error in entering the information, I used it again. Again they told me to use another card, which I did.
For the third time, I was told to use another card.
When I checked my Amex and other credit card transactions, I found that transaction there 3 times!!!! I cancelled the order when I was told for a 3rd time to try another card. Now I have paid 3 times for a product I don't have.
I contacted them with absolutely no joy at this time.
Contacted Paypal who said if Chinatera don't respond this week, they will refund my money.

What is your question?
You seem to have everything under control with paypal....that would have been my advice in the first place.

Whatever you decide to do just don't let them string you along waiting for a refund till the time runs out to do so.
