If you've purchased a used iPhone which is locked, have you considered that it might be a stolen iPhone?
No one here would make any suggestions whatsoever on how to bypass an iPhone password, or get someone's password.

If it is the iPhone you purchased recently, the description says " unlocked" , so you will have to contact the seller.
