Use the real site rather than the app

Not something other members can fix

But this has been posted about several times already on the forum

Even in the unlikely event eBay did read your post, you will get the standard scripted reply about them raising it with tech/it will be fixed within x amount of hours/etc

And as you can see, they have not read nor fixed it for other posting the same thing

Save yourself the headache and stop using the app

The app is much more convenient to use especially since its the only way I can upload photos of my product.

Switching back and forth from the app to desktop is extremely frustrating and it means I can only list when I am at home.

Am having same issue and I don't know why they keep changing things.

Nothing has changed, the app has always been problematic since it was first introduced.

It is an app issue

If you want to use the app, you will have the issue

You can access ebay by going to ebay.com.au on your phone or tablet then scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose 'classic site'. I use ebay frequently on my phone and tablet but never use the app and never have a problem.
