Shopping cart to checkout problem

Getting a message.... Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status,,,, Have logged in a few times, everything seems OK and have paid for other items from other sellers, the one difference on this issue is I have asked that multple items be sent together to save postage and packing which was granted. If I knew the **bleep** this would start I would have just paid the extra. Any idea's would be appreciated

Is the seller overseas by any chance?

The normal procedure for multible items is to put them in the cart, then press the "request total" button, so the seller can send an invoice with the adjusted postage, then you pay that amount.  You sound like you are just trying to directly checkout before getting a total. Be aware that you may not get the "request total" button if you are using a phone to purchase.

Really? I didn't know the phone might not display it. Is that in the app though?

I am not sure if it is the AP or not, I just know that you are unable to get a lot of features on many sites using a phone, that are available on a computer.
