Sold item received but tracking doesn't reflect

I sold an item recently (Order number 05-13246-83683) and after mailing by Registered Post with Australia Post I uploaded tracking details to eBay. The buyer has received the item and has left positive feedback for me. The problem is that both the Australia Post app and eBay's tracking don't reflect that the item has been received. As such my funds for this sale are on hold. How do I go about getting my funds released by eBay? Or should I be contacting Australia Post?

Presuming that you're signed up for managed payments, as you've only recently started selling again, eBay will see you as a new seller and your funds will be on hold

You could try going to eBay Help  at the top of the page and mentioning that the buyer has left you feedback, but  it's not always successful
