When asked to do a review of a purchase, there are two ways; one is to click in the "rate this product" and the other is to go into your Ebay account and click on "rate this product" in your purchased items page.
BOTH ways have a problem; When you're all done doing a review and click "submit" a message appears "Leave this page?" and a warning text may be lost (YES it IS!).
Even if you are already logged into Ebay, you have to log out and log back in again, then do the review again!! I have previously reported this problem.
There is a "workaround"; do your review in a text editor, e.g. Microsoft Word, save it, then paste the text into the appropriate fields in the review. You will again get the "leave this page?" message and then a new log-in screen appears; log in via this and re-paste your review, add photos and submit the review.
There is a simple fix; add some text to the start of the review that requires you to log out and back in again.before doing a review. Better still, bring up a log-in screen before you can start a review!

Even easier.....don't waste your time with reviews. There are plenty of external sites for people to get independent reviews of items.
Concentrate on feedback which is relevant only to an ebay seller.
