spent over half an hour on 'live chat' today....long story short:
sellers are now unable to mark items as 'paid' until the BUYER has marked that they have paid from their end......so, if you are selling MULTIPLE items for pickup or FREEPOST (due to overpayment on multiple items) sellers have to rely on the buyer to know what to do.
Apparently if the sale is for only 1 item the ability to mark as 'payment received' is available....what a load of crock!
I asked CS to send 'up the line' as it is a 'restriction of trade'.....anyone else had this issue?
