For several weeks now I have been unable to add a bank account for seller payouts.
When selecting an Australian bank for payout I receive the error:
The webpage at https://ap-test.trustly.com/_/orderclient.php?Locale=en_US&OrderID=7365412764&SessionID=db8246c8-cd3... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I have used various browsers including chrome and firefox on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
I think this could be a problem affecting a large number of ebay users.

Hi, I have this same error for three weeks, chat, call many times, not resolved also. This preventing me to setup the store and delays the sales!

Just solved this issue by myself. Use ebay app on mobile, turn off the wifi, use 4G only. login to the net bank is success. Hope this will help ebay to find out the roor of this issue

Probably the app, or how you have your security, access and downloads set.
I had no problems last year on 2 accounts. Admittedly, I use a computer. Showing my age, aren't I?

Google 'ebay au seller hub'; top answer should be 'eBay Seller Hub', click on it to open 'Seller Hub' in overview (https://www.ebay.com.au/sh/ovw).
Close splash screen '..you've got that perfect item, blah blah'.
Top left of page in 'Tasks' box, click on 'Set up your automatic method'.
Click on checkcircle 'Direct Debit' to enter bank account numbers or 'Credit or debit card' for cards.
Put your forehead against the screen to receive the mark of the beast.

I just followed steps of choosing my bank and logging in.
Then chose account
Then clicked on SAVE

how were you able to choose your bank? I cannot for the life of me get any of the four bank accounts I have connected for a payout.
