I sold an item on 16th September , funds became available Friday 30th September. Added a new bank account , have been requested to upload a bank statement however there is no option to do so. The link they provided initially does not work, and they have been telling me it’s a technical issue. Each time I call they say the technical team are working on getting a new link provided messages to me but there is no ETA. This technical issue is coming up to almost 2 weeks and no solution. Surely there is an alternative option to provided documents for when this issue arises with their system. It’s just not good enough. I’ve spoken to multiple people, countless phone calls and chats and no one is willing to give me a solution. Been an eBay customer for over 9 years, this is appalling

The trick is to successfully sign up for Managed Payments BEFORE starting to sell.
