Try refreshing the page while holding down the shift key.
If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on eBay, or try another browser.
Go to ebay.com.au then click on the blue shield icon to the left of the page address, and use the toggle button to turn it off.

Otherwise, if you are not using Firefox, try temporarily disabling your ad blocker or try another browser. If things look normal in the second browser, try clearing your browser cache or ebay.com.au cookies in your original browser.
